Ever since he was appointed as India’s Test captain, Virat Kohli has taken his game just to the next level. His dominance as a batsman has been depicted by his sheer run making spree and the ease with which he applies himself and bosses the arena makes for a spectacle of the highest order.
In that very one-off Test against Bangladesh in February, Kohli scored an impeccable double century, which incidentally, also made him the first batsman in Test cricket’s history to have four consecutive double centuries in as many series’.
Starting from his double century against the West Indies at Antigua, Kohli scored three more, against New Zealand at Indore, against England at Mumbai and finally against Bangladesh at Hyderabad, to create the rare feat.
