Perhaps, Yuvraj Singh hitting those clean sixes would be one of the most pleasing sights for the cricket fanatics across the world. He got the knack of smashing the balls pretty cleanly all over the park with his beautiful postures. Yuvraj Singh displayed similar thing in the Global T20 Canda, where he smashes Pakistan’s Shadab Khan to one of the flattest sixes in the universe.

It was in the 9th over of the game when Yuvraj Singh smashed Shadab Khan to a flat-six. Khan bowled a gentle full toss outside the off-stump. The southpaw is quick in getting underneath it and in a trademark style of his own, just flicked it between the long-on and mid-wicket area to collect six runs.

Yuvraj Singh scored 35 runs off 21 balls:

Shadab Khan was surprised to see the ball crossing the boundary. Meanwhile, the Indian fans in the stands went crazy, as it was a treat to watch Yuvraj Singh when he is in full flow. That was the second six of Shadab Khan, as he already smashed him for a straight six in the previous over of his spell.

Earlier in the day, Faf du Plessis led Edmonton Royals in the absence of Kane Williamson. The South Africa skipper hit a quickfire 28 and the likes of Ben Cutting (43 from 24), James Neesham (20 from 12) and Shadab Khan (36 from 17) chipped in to help the Royals post 191 for 6 in 19 overs.

In reply, Yuvraj Singh came up with much-improved effort in Toronto Nationals’ second match at Brampton. The left-handed batsman smashed 3 sixes and as many boundaries in his 21-ball 35 that helped the Nationals successfully complete a 192-run chase in the T20 game at the CAA Center.

Fast bowler Manpreet Gony emerged as the unlikely hero for Toronto Nationals as he hit 33 from just 12 deliveries to help them win a thriller. Tail-enders Mark Montfort and Salman Nazar chipped in with handy contributions as the duo remained unbeaten as Toronto Nationals won with 13 balls to spare.
