Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya is out of the action because of his injury. Currently, he is recovering from the injury and working to be soon back in his form. The allrounder also wants to join the team as soon as possible to get back on his track and lead the team to victory in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2020.
Hardik Pandya has not played with the Indian team after playing the home T20I series against South Africa. He resurfaced with an old injury that he suffered during the Asia Cup in 2018. Since then he was managing his injury and also played the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
Hardik Pandya will play with India A
After the disappointing semi-final of World Cup 2019, Hardik Pandya was given rest in the series against West Indies when India toured the Carribean land in August. He returned into the action in the T20I series against Proteas in the home ground. But he was dropped in the next series against Bangladesh due to injury.
He decided to find a solution for his injury permanently. Hardik Pandya jetted off to the United Kingdom for the surgery of the lower back. Currently, he has started practising in nets, and his name is also included in India A squad which will tour New Zealand to play three one-dayer matches.

Team India is waiting for the allrounder Hardik Pandya to recover soon and get back to the track. Meanwhile, the finisher MS Dhoni is also under sabbatical break so the team needs a player who can take the team to the finishing point.
However, Hardik Pandya believes that he can never fill the space of MS Dhoni in the team. But he is looking forward to contributing to the team to lift the T20 World Cup trophy.
“I’ll never be able to fill MS’s shoes, so I don’t even think that way. I’m quite excited about the challenge, to be honest. Whatever I do, it will be always for the team you know. It will be one step at the ladder and slowly-slowly that Cup will be there!” Pandya told India Today.
