Gautam Gambhir (Captain)
The Kolkata Knight Riders skipper has been out of the national side for a long time and barring a couple of comebacks albeit, for a brief period, Gambhir hasn’t been in the scheme of things in either format of the game.
He has been an inspirational captain for the Knight Riders and has led his troops brilliantly over the past few years. Despite solid performances in the IPL and domestic cricket, he continues to be out of the national team.
