1.Shikhar Dhawan-187

Although Shikhar Dhawan has now lost his place in Test cricket, he had a promising Test debut. India was struggling for opening pairs because Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir were out of form. So, Dhawan was given the opportunity in the Test series against Australia in 2013.
On his debut Test match at Mohali, Dhawan dismantled Australia’s bowling line up with the likes of Peter Siddle, Mitchell Starc, Nathan Lyon, and Moises Henriques. He stitched up the 228 runs partnership with Murali Vijay before being dismissed after scoring 187 runs off 174 balls. He was also adjudged with the man of the match award for his prolific performance.
