3. James Anderson:

James Anderson, who is the most skilful and prolific fast bowler of England, amazed the Indian bowler with his willow. In 2014 at Trent Bridge, England was in trouble at 298 for nine before Anderson entered the field. He played the most memorable innings of England’s history by a number 11 batsman.
Anderson shared a Test record stand of 198 for the tenth wicket with Joe Root in the first innings. He struck 81 runs off 133 balls which consisted of seventeen fours. It also became his maiden first-class fifty. In the end, England got a decent lead, putting 496 on the scoreboard.
Notably, the left-hander has served England with distinction as a nightwatchman on numerous occasions.
