The return of Mohammed Shami has been quite a story in the game of cricket. The flamboyant cricket has surprised one and all with his brilliant comeback to the Indian National Cricket Team. In fact, he looked more threatening than he was when he arrived at the international scene.
Shami had undergone a lot of stress because of his family problems in the recent past, HIs wife Hasin Jahan troubled him citing that Shami has got the extra-marital affairs and also charged him with many criminal cases, which are still hanging in the court. Despite that, Shami made a good return to the side.
Past was dominated by batsmen – Mohammed Shami
Shami also added that he will give his 100% in whatever game he plays. He just hopes to be fit and wants to focus on his training sessions in order to be fit. Meanwhile, he showers words of praise on the current bowling attack of India, who are breaking the records on a regular basis.

“In the last 20 or 30 years, if you look back at the history of Indian cricket, it has always been dominated by the batsmen. You cannot really blame the bowlers because the wickets that were prepared in India were also not helpful towards the bowlers. Things have started improving in the last five to seven years and to be honest it has been a process and not something that has happened overnight. We have been bowling as a unit and that helps.”
Now, bowling is our strength:
The fast bowler further expressed that the Indian National Cricket Team got the good combinations in their ranks. He believes that the good mix of fast bowlers, spinners and the batsmen would help the team. He also highlighted the point of knowing each other in the team.

“The best part is that along with variety, we have an attack that can bowl fast. Having skills and pace together is the USP of this side as that somewhere increases the confidence of the attack. To be honest, it is like a dream that has come true and I feel very proud that today people talk about our bowling unit as one of the best — a thing that wasn’t heard much, but is now called our strength,” he explained.
However, the right-handed fast bowler Mohammed Shami has had a tough one and half year in his personal life. He has gone through a lot but it was something, which made him tough and made a stunning comeback to the game of cricket.
As Mohammed Shami said, the Indian National Cricket Team got the required ingredients to make things fall in place. The right-handed fast bowler is going to be the primary weapon for Virat Kohli during the crunch moments of the game alongside Jasprit Bumrah.
