Australian bowler Mitchell Marsh trusts that Shane Watson is still the “premier all-rounder” in the Australian cricket team and persists that he is a crucial cog for them going forward in this ICC World Cup.

Watson is under compulsion to retain his position in the Australian squad, as recently he has been grappling with his form and went off for a duck on the first ball against England in Australia’s World Cup opener.

Newzeland media outlet Stuff reported on the weekend Mitchell Marsh decorated the win with 5 wickets and a quick 23 runs from 20 balls against England, and he is ready to appear again on Saturday against Bangladesh in Brisbane. He does not trust that Shane Watson would be excluded from the team.

Mitchell Marsh trusts that Shane Watson is still the “premier all-rounder’ in their squad and is such a important cog for them going forward in this version of World Cup, and added that all of them know how crucial he is for Australian team.

Mitchell Marsh stated that the best thing about this Australian team is that they have got fifteen blokes who do not really care what the eleven is.
