The entire cricketing fraternity is overwhelmed after Afghanistan won their first ever World Cup match when they defeated Scotland by 1 wicket in their third match of the 2015 ICC World Cup, the edition in which they are making their debut in the extravaganza. Wishes are pouring in for the Afghans from all over the world for their remarkable achievement. Even the fellow teams playing in the 2015 World Cup including their opponents for the day Scotland came down and wished the Afghans for registering their first victory. It was a long time coming for the Afghans who almost created an upset when they dragged Sri Lanka all the way to the wire few days back.
