Once again, Pakistan failed to get a win under their belt in the ICC World Cup 2019. They were thrashed by the Australian team following the blistering performance from David Warner, Aaron Finch and the bowling department of the team. Meanwhile, Aakash Chopra trolls Sarfaraz Ahmed-led Pakistan in a hilarious way.

Aakash Chopra, in his tweet, posted the statement of Pakistan’s skipper Sarfraz Ahmed, who said that every team is scared of Pakistan. Further, he went on to write saying that Pakistan, itself, is scared of their own team because of the unpredictable nature of their game.

Digging into his tweet, it read ”Every team is scared of Pakistan—Sarfraz. I’m sure Pakistan is equally scared of the Pakistan that turned up today to play against Australia.”

Chasing 308, Pakistan were bowled out for 266 as Australia recorded their third victory of the tournament. For Australia, Pat Cummins finished with 3/33 while Mitchell Starc and Kane Richardson took two wickets each.

Earlier, Mohammad Amir’s career-best 5/30 helped Pakistan bowl out Australia for 307. Riding on a superb century by David Warner, Australia was at one point of time looking to cross the 350-run mark, but late strikes by Amir restricted the defending champions from going big. Warner scored 117 while Aaron Finch made 82.

Following the defeat, the skipper of Pakistan ruined the fielding lapses of Pakistan, which made the difference. They were sloppy with their catching and ground fielding throughout the game, Asif Ali was the main culprit, who dropped both the openers of Australia.

Even the skipper Sarfraz Ahmed failed to hold on to a catch off Finch’s blade as well. He is hoping that the players would raise their fielding standards in their next game against the Indian team.
