However, his international future is in doubt after getting axed from national team. Muller also won Golden Boot in World Cup 2010, Silver Boot in World Cup 2014. He was also a World Cup winner with Germany in 2014.
India Firm Favorites for World Cup 2019
India are one of the favorites to win World Cup 2019. The team are well balanced and remain an elite side when compared to other sides.
Virat Kohli is keen to deliver World Cup as a captain this year. Although, he won the trophy as a player in 2011, Kohli and his side should eye the coveted trophy. Hardik Pandya’s improved bowling is a major boost for India from two years ago.
The ability of wrist spinners and their ability to pick wickets in middle overs is another massive advantage for Men in Blue. However, England and Australia are two other major teams with very good squads.
Both England and Australia looked very good in their opening games. England comprehensively thumped South Africa, while Australia overcame Afghanistan easily. India will begin their World Cup on June 5 against South Africa.
