After a fine time, the Indian National Cricket Team is playing with a Jersey other than Blue coloured. There are many reports in the media stated that India must try a new Jersey as per the rules of ICC. However, in the latest news, it is confirmed that India is going to wear a Jersey, which is dominated by Orange colour.
Before the tournament, the ICC mandated that the tournament would follow in the steps of football and have a home and away jerseys, should the kits of the teams playing clash.
As per the new ICC rules, two teams cannot wear the same colour kit in a televised game. Only the host, in this case, England, can wear their original colour.

Away team should change the colour of Jersey:
India’s blue kit which comes with a shade of orange is now expected to be reserved, which will see the primary Blue colour change to orange. India is expected to wear their new kit in all the away ODI matches against England.
“For televised ICC events all participating teams will be required to provide for two different coloured kits, except for the host country who has a preference in the choice of colour and may, if it chooses to do so, provide only one coloured kit to be worn in all matches throughout the event. In advance of the event the teams will be notified which coloured kit will be worn in each match,” the ICC had said in a release.

South Africa had also donned an alternate jersey for their game against Bangladesh on June 2 in the ongoing World Cup. The Proteas were sporting yellow coloured jersey during the clash as Bangladesh also green kits which are similar to their jersey colour.
India is unbeaten at the World Cup 2019, securing seven points from four games. Before taking on the English side, the Men in Blue will lock horns with Afghanistan (June 22) and West Indies (June 27).
Afghanistan is also expected to change their jersey colour for their clash against India as both nations sport a blue jersey. According to World Cup 2019 schedule, India’s clash against Afghanistan will be treated as a home game for the Men in Blue.
