ICC World Cup 2019: Match 11, Pakistan vs Sri Lanka – Match Prediction; Two Asian teams will be in the action tonight in the ICC World Cup 2019. The Sarfraz Ahmed-led side will take on Dimuth Karunaratne side to continue their journey on the success road.
After a tumble against Windies team in the first game of the tournament, Pakistan showed their brilliance by outsmarting England team in their second game. Now, they are all set to take on the Sri Lankan team, who thrashed Afghanistan in the rain-curtailed game.
After Pakistan lost their opening game of the ICC World Cup 2019 to West Indies, not many expected them to bounce back in their next game against the mighty England side. However, much like always, they surprised everyone with an unexpected win.

Batting is an area to concern for Sri Lanka:
Sri Lanka is also coming into the game after beating Afghanistan in a rain-curtailed game, but they will have to do something special to get the better of Pakistan, who are a much stronger side. Sri Lanka last defeated Pakistan in ODIs in July 2015.
Sri Lanka’s record against Pakistan is far from ideal, in fact, it makes for abysmal reading. They have lost all the seven encounters against Pakistan in the World Cup. These numbers will not help in boosting their confidence ahead of today’s clash.
Sri Lanka lost five wickets for 14 runs against New Zealand, a middle-order collapse which they will have to be careful of against Pakistan, who have a potent bowling attack.

The Men in Green, on the other hand, posted 348-8 against a potent England bowling attack on the back of the fifties from veteran Mohammad Hafeez, Babar Azam and Sarfaraz Ahmed.
Although both teams fought back in their second respective games, Pakistan’s intensity and team balance are much better than that of the 1996 champions, who have had a major downfall in international cricket in the last two years.
Pakistan vs Sri Lanka – Match Prediction:
Time and Location:
The 11th World Cup match will be played at the County Ground in Bristol from 3 pm IST.
Pitch Report:
The pitch would once again assist the batsmen well. However, it also helped the bowlers with its slow nature. But the short boundaries will put the bowlers under pressure. The last couple of matches at this venue was high-scoring. However, as always, there will be an initial moment with the new ball.

Weather Forecast:
Not the good news to read. There is 90% of chances for the rain, which would intervene in the game. However, the weather in Bristol is always tough to predict, hence, anything might happen.
