The clash between Bangladesh and Australia is one of the highly anticipated matches for obvious reasons. The rise of Bangladesh cricket has been tremendous in the recent past and they are heading into the game with a massive victory on their back. Meanwhile, they are dented with the injury news to Mohammad Saifuddin.
The fast bowler of the team Mohammad Saifuddin has been their best fast bowler of the team so far. He has been the 4th leading wicket-taker of the tournament and delivering those much-needed goods for his skipper. Unfortunately, he is racing against the time for Australia’s clash.
The flamboyant cricketer has a lingering back injury. The new ball bowler of the team has had a back issue since the World Cup warm-up game against India on May 28. Yet he decided to play with the troubled back.

The team management did not confirm whether he has been ruled out, but it was learnt that the injury has flared up. Most probably, it would Rubel Hossain, who would take the slot if Saifuddin fails to be match-fit.
Mosaddek Hossain is in doubt as well:
Not only Mohammad Saifuddin but also the all-rounder Mosaddek Hossain isn’t fit for the game. The flamboyant batsman is experiencing pain in his right shoulder, which kept his participation for Australia’s game in a Jeopardy.

The potent player to replace him in the side is Sabbir Rahman. In case of that, the part-time bowling option for Mashrafe Mortaza will be Mahamudullah Riyad and Soumya Sarkar.
During the practice session ahead of the match, both the cricketers Mosaddek Hossain and Mohammad Saifuddin didn’t take the field alongside Tamim Iqbal. Currently, they are placed fifth in the points table with 5 points in their kitty.
If they can pull a victory against Australia, things would be very interesting for the Mashrafe Mortaza-led side. They have always been brilliant in ICC events and once again, they would love to repeat the magic.
