If the reports are to be believed, the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019 will be the final international tournament for MS Dhoni in his cricketing career. It seems like MS Dhoni wants to end the tournament on a high note, as he started the warm-up game with a bang.

Meanwhile, ahead of the ICC World Cup 2019, Mahendra Singh Dhoni asked for a key change to his Willow. He asked the manufacturers of his bat to cut down the weight on it. For the same, the manufacturers shove off at least 20 grams to lessen the weight of his bat.

Of late, we came across MS Dhoni’s bat making the headlines, as he switched from Spartan Willows to SS and BAS bats. He also made a circular bottom to his bat thus making its appearance a unique one.

“Dhoni asked for a lighter bat for the World Cup. We have shaved off 10 to 20 grams from his bat,” the bat manufacturer told the host broadcasters.

Well, it would be interesting to see how MS Dhoni goes with his new willow in the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019. He already smashed a brilliant century against Bangladesh team in the Warm-up game.

Recently, in the net sessions, the former India Captain MS Dhoni looked in his elements as he hit the ball in all directions during a nets session ahead of the World Cup opener against South Africa on Wednesday.

Dhoni will be featuring in his fourth World Cup and his experience will be crucial if India is to go far in the tournament. Although his batting has come under criticism in the last couple of years for slowing down the run rate, he looks in ominous touch for the main event.
