ICC World Cup 2019: Rohit Sharma Has a Fun Session With Ravindra Jadeja and Kedar Jadhav 1

Team India vice-captain in the limited overs format, Rohit Sharma had some fun session with his India teammates Ravindra Jadeja and Kedar Jadhav while the whole team was travelling to Sophia Gardens, Cardiff in the team bus for their 2nd and final warm-up clash against Bangladesh. In the video shared on Rohit’s Instagram handle, he can be seen asking a few questions to Ravindra Jadeja and Kedar Jadhav.

Rohit Sharma jokingly took a dig at Kedar Jadhav and claimed that the pocket-sized dynamite is all set for a special appearance in the upcoming movie Race 4. In reply, Kedar Jadhav was wittier than ever and made a hilarious comment claiming that it is under process and he would have a serious surprise for everyone in the next four months.

Rohit Sharma also congratulated Ravindra Jadeja on being the only batsman to score something of substance against New Zealand during their opening warm-up game. Ravindra Jadeja smashed a brilliant half-century and ensured that India reached a score of 180 in the end. Apart from Jadeja, it was Hardik Pandya who looked in great touch and scored 30 before getting dismissed pretty cheaply.

In the video, Rohit Sharma said, “Jaddu ke sath mein baithe hai hamare naye Race 4 ke actor. Kedar, humne suna hai aapko Race 4 mein kuch offer kiya hai, special appearance ke liye ya aur kuch? (Next to Jaddu is our new Race 4 actor. Kedar, we have heard that you have been offered something in Race 4, a special appearance or something)”

Kedar Jadhav replied, “Haan. Abhi tak finalise hua nahi hai. Hum log baat kar rahein hain uss pe. Hopefully, after four months, there will be a surprise for you guys. (Yes. Nothing has been finalised yet. We are in talks)”

Kedar Jadhav is one of the most important players for India. However, he has not managed to take part in any of the warm-up matches as he is still recuperating from a shoulder injury which he sustained during the Indian Premier League (IPL). India still has a week left before the start of their first match and I feel that Kedar Jadhav should be available for their opening clash against the Proteas on 5th June.
