Once again, David Warner makes into the headlines for all the wrong reasons. The stylish southpaw of Australia David Warner was involved in an altercation with Ricky Ponting at Lord’s Balcony. Meanwhile, the video goes viral in social media.
The video displayed David Warner and Steve Smith involved in a deep chat. It was when Ricky Ponting came in between them, which didn’t go down well with the southpaw. He seemed irked and had a word with the coaching member Ricky Ponting, who is the legendary Australian cricketer.
However, it is not too clear as he breaks into a burst of laughter soon after those animated expressions. Clearly, it seemed David Warner was annoyed with something as Ricky Ponting crosses him. Steve Smith is also seated and gets a full view of the incident.

David Warned booed by the crowd:
David Warner was booed throughout his innings of 53 off 61 balls, and there was minimal applause for his six boundaries. Even when he reached his half-century, boos rang out inside the ‘Home of Cricket’. Warner just smiled at the reaction from the crowd, offered a thumbs-up in the direction of the Australian dressing room and returned to his crease.
Meanwhile, David Warner completed 500 runs in the ongoing World Cup 2019 as he scored 53 off 61 to lay the foundation of his team’s 285/7 batting first at Lord’s.

David Warner became the 8th player overall and only the 3rd Australian ever to the 500-run mark in a single World Cup edition, joining legends Mathew Hayden (659 runs) and Ricky Ponting (539 runs) – both in the 2007 edition.
India’s Sachin Tendulkar (673 runs, 2003) currently leads the pack in terms of most runs scored in a single World Cup. In fact, Tendulkar is the only cricketer to have done it twice, as he scored 523 runs in the 1996 edition.
