Rohit Sharma was in a top-notch form. Runs came easily off his bat which ensured a great start for India and made Australia re-think their plans. After coming to open the innings, the Mumbai star hammered 65 off just 55 deliveries and forged a 106-runs stand with Rahane. His impressive innings witnessed five sixes and one four.

But, luck played a cruel game with him after he had to sacrifice his wicket following a mix-up with Kohli.
