Kedar Jadhav – 8/10
Kedar could have ended up as the hero of the night for India had he managed to take the side past the winning line in the chase. Coming in after the departure of Kohli, Kedar quickly began building India’s chase without any hint of pressure. His counter-attacking approach saw Australia sweat a bit about the direction in which the game was going.
However, after making an impressive 67 from 69 deliveries, he lost his wicket in the 46th over to leave India in a tense position. His efforts were praiseworthy but it would been great if he had manged to give the finishing touches.
