Wriddhiman Saha, who on Friday produced a masterpiece by affecting a no look run-out of Haseeb Hameed, committed a big mistake on Saturday which can cost Indian team quite heavily. Saha missed a stumping chance, giving a lifeline to England all-rounder Ben Stokes, who is now playing quite cautiously.

It was the fourth delivery of the 55th over when Ashwin produced a masterpiece to surprise Stokes in the air. A confused and dumbstruck Stokes couldn’t make a contact with the ball and his back foot came out of the crease for few seconds. Wriddhiman Saha failed to grab the ball cleanly and fumbled a chance to get rid of Ben Stokes. He was late in reacting and that gave ample time to Stokes to get back in the crease.

Skipper Virat Kohli was not at all amused by this as once again in this game, he was seen shoving his head in anger.

At present, England were 171/5 with still 284 runs behind India’s total.
