India’s tour of the West Indies will end on the 13th of August. Soon after the completion of the series they will travel to Ireland for three-match T20 series just before the all-important Asia Cup 2023.
India team will be playing Ireland in a three-match T20 series in August. The T20 series will begin on August 18, while the other two matches will be played on August 20 and 23, respectively. All three T20 matches will be played in Malahide.
In 2022 Indian team engaged in two-match T20 series in Ireland where India won the series 2-0 in away conditions. 1. Rinku Singh
Rinku Singh has a standout performance in this edition of the Indian Premier League as he has exceeded expectations of the cricketing fraternity with the ability to take the bowlers all around the park and finish the games from nowhere for the two-time champions.
The southpaw scored 474 runs in 14 matches at an average of 59.25 and a strike rate of 149.52, with four half-centuries importantly finishing the games for his side from tough situations.

The youngster has been serving them as the finisher of the team, as he showed composure and temperament to finish the game at the end for his team and the Indian team management would look to get him into the Indian T20 side for the role of finisher with an eye to 2024 T20 World Cup. The 25-year-old has provided a strong case to play for the Indian team, especially in T20 cricket for India.
2. Jitesh Sharma
With Rishabh Pant missing a few months of crickets due to a tragic car accident and Sanju Samson being the first-choice wicket-keeper in the team, Jitesh Sharma has provided a strong case with his performance for the Punjab Kings, as he can make it into the India squad for the Ireland series.
The Indian wicket-keeper batter scored 309 runs in 14 games with an impressive strike rate of 156.06 and will look to perform for the country at the highest level.

The 29-year-old was part of the India T20 squad in the previous two series but could not make his debut for the Men in Blue. He has impressed everyone with his hard-hitting batting and finishing abilities and has also been impressed with his work behind the stumps for Punjab Kings and Vidarbha.
3. Mohsin Khan
Mohsin Khan has shown the ability to contain the batsmen in the powerplays and variations in the death overs making him one of the best bowlers of the IPL and can be a vital player for the Indian team going forward. The 24-year-old performances were noted by cricket experts and was touted as the player to watch out for the Indian team in the future.

The left-arm pacer would bring in different variety in the Indian pace attack. The UP pacer is currently on the Indian team’s radar for the Ireland series and the youngster has the potential to become an all-format player for the Indian team in the future. India would try to develop a new crop of fast bowling units to assist experienced pacers going into the next cycle.
4. Sai Sudharshan

Yashasvi Jaiswal has been the standout performer for Rajasthan Royals in the recently concluded Indian Premier League and impressed everyone which his fearless approach to batting at the top of the order. The southpaw is likely to be part of the Indian team for the West Indies tour starting on July 12.
The left-handed opener has scored 625 runs in 14 matches at an average of 48.08 and has hit five half-centuries and one century in the season. He was also named the Emerging Player of the Season.

The Mumbai batter has been touted to make his international debut for India very soon as he has shown promises in domestic cricket in all three formats. Given his form and confidence, the Indian team might be tempted to bring him in for the Ireland series starting in August to groom for the 2024 T20 World Cup.
