Mitchell Santner
Mitchell Santner is an all-rounder who bats left-handed and bowls slow left-arm orthodox spin. His bowling had troubled Indian middle order to help his team to secure a spot in the final against England in the 2019 World Cup.
In November 2019, while playing against England at Bay Oval, Santner registered his maiden Test ton. His 261-run partnership with BJ Watling became the highest ever 7th wicket partnership for New Zealand in the Test fold.
Well, against India, Santner has played seven T20I which saw him snaring nine wickets at an average of 17.78. His best figures against India read as four for 11 which came during the 2016 World Cup at the VCA Stadium in Nagpur.
