After the thrilling draw in the first Test at the Eden Gardens, Team India bounced back in style in the second Test in Nagpur, thrashing Sri Lanka by an innings and 239 runs.

It was a clinical performance from the world number one side with both the batsmen as well as the bowlers coming to the party.

If the batsmen did their bit by scoring a massive 610, the bowlers also complimented them by bowling out the Islanders for just 205 and 166 in both the innings, as the hosts took an unassailable one-nil lead in the three-match series.

Virat Kohli & Co. will travel to South Africa for a three-Test series starting in January, and they will be keen to continue their red-hot form in the upcoming third Test too.
