After winning the toss for the fourth time in this series, it was the first time when M.S. Dhoni decided to bat first on a track which promises to be helpful for spinners. India handed over the debut cap to the Haryana off-spinner Jayant Yadav with fit-now Jasprit Bumrah coming back to the side replacing Dhawal Kulkarni.
It was an easy decision to bat first for Dhoni as for the first time in the series, there are no signs of dew because of cool atmosphere at Vizag. Kane Williamson also made a change in his side bringing in Corey Anderson for Anton Devcich.
This is a do or die contest for both the teams with India being under most of the pressure as they are yet to win an ODI series from past two years (except Zimbabwe). Today’s result will be a deciding factor of M.S. Dhoni’s future as team India is just expected to play just 6 more white ball games before Champions trophy and they have pull this off at any cost.
Indian team players, for the first time, will wear the jerseys having name of their mother at back of their t-shirts.
