India should be ready to face any team in the semi-final says MS Dhoni
Indian wicket keeper batsman and skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni believes his team mates need to be well prepared to face any team in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2K15 2nd semi-final of the 2015 World Cup. As Team India beat Bangladesh in the quarter-final row and now proceed to the Sydney ground for their semi-final stage, they will be facing the winner of the game between the mighty host nation Australia and the arch rival Pakistan at Adelaide. Dhoni had mentioned that India needs to be ready for to bounce upon any team in the World Cup semi final stage.
Speaking to the reporters in a press conference right after the end of the quarterfinal slot, captain cool MS Dhoni has said that it does not matter because when it comes to the big competitions like the World Cup, one has to play against each and every team, however difficult it may become, and one has to win against each and every team, however possible, so it does not really matter who wins in the other quarter-final.
When asked about the key to maintain form and moving ahead simultaneously, Dhoni said that India needs to keep up with the good work that they are producing on the field. At the same time, he says that India needs to be well aware of all the areas they need to improve. It is just that when one has started winning the game that one tends to brush everything under the carpet, but what is more of importance here is to still keep improving in those tidy areas, so whatever one has not done right in this game, one would like to do it properly in the next one as well. That is what it is all about; the skipper was heard saying aloof.
