Bangladesh bat for full 50 overs and set a target of 279 runs in the expense of 7 wickets. Mushfiqur Rahim and Amanul Haque planted a partnership of 133 runs.
Bangladeshi bowlers did a great job when they were able to bugger off the openers of Indian team. The situation became slightly tough for India at that moment but then Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane came onto the crease and the rest as they is history, they have added 213 run for the third wicket, and Rahane contributed smashing 73 runs to Virat’ s 140 runs. Kohli’s this captain knocks has added extra oxygen on the scoreboard.
Although Bangladesh was looking baleful earlier but come to nothing to find the damp that would weaken India’s run-chase. Team Bangladesh was feeling the absence of Sakib and Tamim very badly which have made their batting line up thinner as well as their bowling attack lame.
On the other hand batsman Kohli has made his 19th century at the age of 25, no other batsmen in recent past could have been able to show this aggressiveness at this age, which make Kohli somewhere different form Dhoni. Because Dhoni was lacking these aggressiveness in recent days.
