India trounce Australia by a massive 243 runs in the ODI cricket warm-up match at Sophia Gardens

Chasing a target of 309 Australiamanaged only 65 losing all of their ten wickets in 23.3 over. In the first ten overs, the team from down under were reduced to 28 for 5. Abam Voges made 23 and Phillip Hughes made 14 for Australia. Indian fast bowler Umesh Yadav collapsed the Aussie five top order as Ishant Sharma picked up 3 wickets and Ravichandran Ashwincompleted the hunt. As for the Indians, a much improved bowling display will keep them in good heart ahead of Thursday’s Champions Trophy tournament opener against South Africa.
