Steve O’Keefe – The left arm Australian spinner first showed a glimpse of success during the practice against Sri Lanka last year where he scalped 10 wickets in the conditions favouring spinners. He was unlucky to get injured during the first Test and then was ruled out of the series.
O’Keefe will be the trump card for Australia as he has a natural flair to spin the ball and deceive the batsman as his simple and clean action facilitates him to bring about oodles of changes whilst bowling. He will be a big threat to Indian batsmen especially right-handed batsmen.
His ability to extract some extra bounce also keeps him ahead of every bowler in Australian pack.
