Like his opening partner, Vijay too missed out on a big score as he fell short of a century for the taking. Dismissed on 82, Vijay had all the reasons to be aghast with himself. His choice of shot was correct, as he had a clear intent of clearing the rope, but the timing was surely questionable, as it came just on the stroke of lunch on the third day. His score however, will be a great sigh of relief for the Indian fans.
