Jadeja has taken the challenge with R. Ashwin for being the team’s numero uno all rounder for real it seems! The Saurashtra lad was impeccable at Ranchi as he did everything expected from him in all departments. His five wicket haul in the first innings ensured that the Australian lower order didn’t frustrate the hosts for long. A rapid half century then swelled India’s lead to well beyond 150 on the fourth day. Finally, getting the key wickets of David Warner and Steve Smith was the perfect cherry on the cake.
