Virat Kohli’s Double Hundred Dash: Indian skipper and aggressive batsman Virat Kohli, who has scored a double hundred on the Day Two of the sole-Test against Bangladesh in Hyderabad, made the day of fans while flaying the visitors bowling line-up at his backyard.

While putting his foot on the accelerator, the right-handed batsman Kohli, who started from his overnight score of 111, has smashed 204 off 246 balls which included 24 boundaries at the strike-rate of 82.93.

The 28-year-old Kohli has also become the first batsman overall in history to register four consecutive double hundreds in four Test series which includes the series against Bangladesh (204 at Hyderabad), England (235 in Mumbai), New Zealand (211 in Indore) and West Indies (200 in Antigua).

Having the remarkable run with the bat, Kohli became the third cricketer to register 200-run mark in a season after his countryman Rahul Dravid, who scored in 2003-04 season and Australia’s Sir Don Bradman in 1930s.
