Eoin Morgan-led England won the toss and decided to bowl first, on what seems to be a game that will be disrupted by rain in evening. The visiting skipper made a few changes to the squad by bringing in Tymal Mills. Joe Root made a comeback after missing the Eden Garden ODI due to a niggle while Chris Jordan and Adil Rashid were the other two changes in the Pom’s XI.

For India, Parvez Rasool was handed his maiden T20I cap. Surprisingly, leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was chosen over his state captain Amit Mishra as the second specialist spinner. Suresh Raina, Manish Pandey, Ashish Nehra and Yuvraj Singh were the other few additions to the squad.

Here are the playing XI of both teams:

India: KL Rahul, Virat Kohli (c), Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni (wk), Manish Pandey, Hardik Pandya, Parvez Rasool, Yuzvendra Chahal, Ashish Nehra, Jasprit Bumrah

England: Jason Roy, Sam Billings, Joe Root, Eoin Morgan(c), Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler(w), Moeen Ali, Chris Jordan, Liam Plunkett, Adil Rashid, Tymal Mills.
