India stormed their way back into the Mohali test in grand style on the second day against South Africa. After resisting the Indian bowlers for an hour, the South African batsmen finally succumbed to the turn and guile of the Indian spinners. R. Ashwin, India’s Mr. Dependable with the ball bagged another five-wicket haul as he ran misery for the visitors. AB De Villiers scored 63, but not before getting two lifelines. India however, managed to take a slender 17 run lead and their batsmen resisted the South African bowlers to a certain extent.
