As many as 20 wickets fell on the second day’s play between India and South Africa, on a minefield of a wicket at Nagpur. The South African batsmen seemed to be absolute clowns against the turning ball, as the duo of Ashwin and Jadeja made a mockery out of them. South Africa were bundled out for a paltry 79 in their first innings, and that made it to the record books. Not that India batted any well, as they too were bowled out within 47 overs, giving South Africa a target of 310.
It was a day belonging to the bowlers, and below are the twitter reactions for the second day.
How disappointing it is to see the quality of Test Cricket reduced to what we are witnessing #INDvsSA @StarSportsIndia #justnotcricket

BREAKING: First time in the history of test cricket, there hasn’t been a single 50 score in 3 completed innings in Indian soil! #IndvsSA

20 wickets and counting on a single day. @BCCI must introspect the pitches, this one is far too worse to bat #IndvsSA

What an irony – Amla doesn’t trust him as the first-choice spinner but trusts him to survive spinners batting at No.3 #Tahir #Lol #IndvsSA

Please don’t prepare a wicket like this for the final test match! Prepare a flat one let batsman enjoy atleast once #IndvsSA

Suddenly this night watchman thing looks very outdated! #indvssa
