The inevitable happened, as India crushed South Africa in the fourth test at Delhi, to clinch the Freedom Series 3-0. The day belonged to none other than India’s pace sensation Umesh Yadav. In the last session, Yadav unleashed a flurry of reverse swinging yorkers, to demolish the South African lower order. R. Ashwin registered yet another five wicket haul as he castled the last man, Morne Morkel. Earlier in the day, AB De Villiers resisted superbly but he was eventually dismissed by his nemesis R. Ashwin. With the series to India, Kohli’s boys have jumped to the second spot in the test rankings.
