The Indian skipper had the most perfect outing as he pummeled the West Indies bowling attack with his herculean knock of 200. Kohli got to his maiden double century and was the spine of India’s batting as it seemed that he literally batted on a different pitch altogether. With this knock, the floodgates for him to score the “daddy” hundreds have well opened up and one can expect similar knocks from him in the near future. From the captaincy front as well, Kohli was just perfect as he marshaled his troops efficiently. His handling of the pacers and rotation of the bowlers was phenomenal as well.
