Rumour has it, he had purchased it with 39 crores of Indian Rupee and the total area is of 6000 square feet. Situated at Bandra, things that make that villa a royal one are the pool at the terrace, a room to keep his trophies, the basement to keep Sachin’s precious cars and a surveillance room just to track all the hidden cameras and security system!
