Surprisingly, one of the successful Indian captains, MS Dhoni was not the part of any U-19 World Cup campaign. We all know his history from a train ticket collector to the Indian captain.

He impressed everyone with long strands of hair, Dhoni went to give the Team India three ICC trophies. In the 2007 T20 World Cup, he made the debut as a captain and surprised everyone while leading the team to lift the coveted title.

Dhoni had also led India to victory in the ICC World Cup 2011 and ICC Champions trophy 2013 respectively.

The 38-year-old scored 10,773 runs at an impressive average of 50.58 in 350 ODIs. Whereas, in T20s, his stats read 1617 runs at an average of 37.6 in 98 matches played.

However, Dhoni hasn’t featured in the team after the disheartening World Cup 2019. His fans are desperately waiting to see him on the field.
