4. KL Rahul:
When Kings XI Punjab invested heavily on KL Rahul, people went berserk on social media. However, right from the first game, Rahul showed that he is worthy of every penny that he collected from the franchise. He has been at his best and dismantled the world-class bowlers with his quality batting all the way.
Perhaps, he is the only batsman for Kings XI Punjab, who tried his heart out to push the team to next level of the tournament. But, unfortunately, the lack of support from the other batsmen in the team dented his superb show.
In 14 matches, he scored as many as 659 runs for the team, which shows his display of cricket in IPL 2018. He played with an average of 54.89 throughout the season and will certainly be the player to look out in IPL 2019. Besides that, the performance of him will be in the radar for ICC World Cup 2019 as well.
