Sourav Ganguly
For a brief period of time, between 1998-2001, Sourav Ganguly was arguably India’s best ODI batsman. The fastest one to cross 7,000, 8,000 and 9,000 runs in ODI cricket, he was able to form what many still believe the best opening combination in ODI format along with Sachin Tendulkar. One of India’s greatest skippers, Ganguly scored 11,363 runs and 22 tons in ODIs.
