A dangerous hitter of the ball, Singh had the ability to alter the course of the game with a quick-fire cameo. Robin became well known for clubbing sixes with a short backlift. Robin bowled his military medium with great control and often choked the runs in the middle overs. Singh beat some of his younger team members with his superlative fielding displays.
