Vivian Richards
Before the evolution of ODI World Cup and invention of T20 cricket, Sir Vivian Richards had taken the world surprise with his gusty batting. He changed the batting strategy with his aggressive batting style. He has won two World Cups for West Indies and led the team in the first World Cup in rainbow jersey in Australia and New Zealand in 1992. He has outstanding batting average 50.23 and 47 respectively.
Viv showed great sportsmanship as he played FIFA World Cup qualifier for Antigua and Barbuda for the FIFA 1974 World Cup. However, his presence was not visible as his country finished bottom of the group with a goal difference of 19 after losing 1-11 to Trinidad and Tobago, and 0-6 to Suriname.
