IPL 2017: Full List Of Players Bought By RCB & Probable Lineup

Just a day before the auction for the tenth edition of the Indian Premier League, Royal Challengers Bangalore had suffered a huge setback when Australia pacer Mitchell Starc parted his way with the franchise.

With the likes of Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and KL Rahul in their ranks, the Bangalore-based franchise has enough firepower to decimate any bowling attack and they have done it on a consistent basis. However, bowling has always been their nemesis. And as expected, RCB went out all the way for securing the services of one of the finest T20 bowlers available in the auction- Tymal Mills. The England pace sensation, whose base price was 50 Lakhs, was bought by RCB for a whopping 12 Crore.

Overall, RCB bought 5 players in the auction and all of them are bowlers. Well, considering the fact that their batting is already loaded with so much firepower, bolstering the bowling department was looking like the most sensible step.

The bowling is now looking well-balanced. Virat Kohli already has Yuzvendra Chahal who can take care of the middle overs and now the likes of Mills, Stanlake and Choudhary can solve his problems with the new ball and in death overs.
