Sachin Tendulkar in 2010

The 2010 season belonged to Sachin Tendulkar. The master blaster, who was also the captain of the Mumbai Indians at that time, scored 618 runs at an average of 47.53 in 15 matches. His best batting effort of was the unbeaten 89 which came against Rajasthan Royals. He was also named as the player of the series for his efforts. Tendulkar’s effort, unfortunately, were not enough to make Mumbai Indians the champion as the side faltered at the last step, losing the finals to Chennai Super Kings.
