5. Sunil Narine (Kolkata Knight Riders)

The uncanny, mysterious offie from West Indies is yet to be discovered, even after playing for four years in the lucrative league. He was, he is and until he stays with Gautam Gambhir’s Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) side, he will their trump card. Be it a flat deck, a dusty one or a green one, attacking him comes last on the opposition’s list.
He doesn’t spin the ball much, he hasn’t it done it over the years, but he sticks to an unplayable line and length. He bowls quick at times, he deceives batsmen with many of his variations and if for once found by any of the batters, he is smart enough to bounce back in the very same over.
It’s like a norm in the game that his four overs are kept aside and the batting team concentrates more in hitting the other bowlers. Though he has been a bit out of touch lately, he will find no time in getting back to his best.
