In its first season of Indian Premier League, Gujarat Lions played like lions with their belligerent performance, showed that they are a team which belongs to this league as they won nine out of 14 group stage games and qualified for the next round. Though they lost both the qualifiers but the way they played in the first 14 games, they were mighty impressive.
