  1. STRENGTHS
  • A dominant batting line-up; from responsible openers (Gautam Gambhir, Robin Uthappa) to hard-hitting finishers (Shakib-Al-Hasan, Yusuf Pathan)
  • Sunil Narine; the name speaks for itself. Arguably, the most toughest bowler to score runs against, Narine’s four overs would come in handy.
  • New ball attack; Trent Boult, Umesh Yadav and Chris Woakes make a fantastic fast-bowling combination, and they can prove lethal in death overs too.
  • Spin Department – They’ve an off-spinner (Sunil Narine), leg-spinner (Piyush Chawla), a slow-left arm spinner (Shakib-Al-Hasan) and chinaman (Kuldeep Yadav). With conditions in India favorable for slow bowlers, all of them could well make things tough for any opposition on their day.
