In the first contest of the tenth edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and decided bowl to first at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium at Uppal in Hyderabad. Tymal Mills, who was purchased by the franchise for 12 Crores made his IPL debut along with Aniket Choudhary, who also pouched 2 Crores on the auction day.
On the other side, history was created when SRH skipper David Warner announced that Rashid Khan, who bagged an amount of 4 Crores on auction day will be making his IPL debut. He became the first player to play in Indian Premier League.

Shane Watson: “Had a week, heaps of time to prepare. We got a great squad, plenty of depth. We’ll be tested. Aniket Choudhary and Tymal Mills are debutants.”
David Warner: We would have bowled first. No pressure, we didn’t start well last year, but we were champions. Guys are full of energy. Rashid Khan is playing.”
Both the teams will look to win the game and start the season on a high note. Previously, both the teams have met each other in nine contests where the defending champions have won five games. On the other hand, RCB have stamped a win in four games.
