Contrary to the expectations of people who anticipated a nail-biting contest between Mumbai Indians and the Sunrisers Hyderabad, things turned out to be extremely dull at the Wankhede Stadium. The two sides are among the tournament favourites and keeping in mind their prowess, fans were in store for a great game.
However, as the game went on, the Mumbai Indians bulldozed the visitors as the run chase turned out to be a mere formality. Mumbai bowlers were on the money right away as after winning a great toss, Harbhajan Singh struck twice to dent the Sunrisers. That was followed by an excellent show from Jasprit Bumrah at the death.
