Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will look to come back to winning ways from their last-over loss, when they square off against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in their new adopted home at MCA International Stadium in Pune on April 20 (Friday).

Meanwhile, both the teams are coming back from a defeat and will desperately in need of a win.

Although CSK had a great start to the tournament, they got struck by few problems off the field. In the wake of the Cauvery Water Dispute, they have shifted their home games out of Chennai.

However, they will feel no less at home as thousands of supporters have travelled to watch the game in Pune. The Chennai team also arranged a special train for the Yellow Army named “Whistlepodu Express’.

Meanwhile, they will still miss the service of Suresh Raina, who is yet to recover from his injury. Also, Dhoni, who sustained a back injury in the last game, is likely to give up his keeping to Sam Billings.

Ajinkya Rahane, the captain of Royals, would also feel he is coming back to home, as he also featured for Pune franchise in the last couple of seasons.

Weather Forecast

According to Accu Weather, it is extremely hot in Pune, as the city is experiencing temperatures hovering around 36–38 Degree Celsius. Pune has also had his share of rain in the last week but is likely to stay clean on the match day.

It will be hazy throughout the game, and the temperature will fall eventually. The players can breathe a sigh of relief, as there won’t be much humidity during the game time.

It is the first game this season in Pune, and it is possible that the climate might change going forward. As of now, it is clear and the best time to play cricket in the city, as there are no chances of rain whatsoever.
